摘要
目的探讨局麻下无张力疝修补术治疗股疝的应用。方法回顾我中心2004年11月至2006年11月收治并行无张力修补术的48例股疝患者的临床资料。结果本组患者均痊愈出院,术后并发症少,术后切口疼痛轻,无切口感染,随访1年以上无复发。结论局麻无张力疝修补术应用于股疝的治疗安全有效,并且能减少术后复发及相应的并发症。
Objective To evaluate the application of tension-free hernioplasty under local anaesthesia in treatment of femoral hernia. Methods Forty-either patients with femoral hernia underwent tensionfree hernioplasty from November 2004 to November 2006 and their clinical date were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were successful, no postoperative chronic pain, no incision infection, no recurrence cases. Conclusions Tension-free femoral hernia repair under local anaesthesia is safe, reliable, and low incidence rate of postoperative complication.
