摘要
目的探讨术前胃肠减压对腹腔镜胆囊切除术的影响。方法将腹腔镜胆囊切除术400例患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各200例,研究组行术前胃肠减压,观察两组术中术野暴露差、中转开腹、胃肠胀气、出血、胆管损伤、胆漏及术后腹胀、呼吸困难、恶心及呕吐的发生率。结果研究组术中术野暴露差、中转开腹、胃肠胀气、出血及术后腹胀、呼吸困难、恶心及呕吐的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术前胃肠减压能预防和减少腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的发生。
Objective To explore effect of postoperation gastrointestinal decompression on laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 400 cases were randomly divided into the research group and the control group,each group had 200 cases.The postoperation gastrointestinal decompression was used on the research group.The poor operative field,converted to laparotomy,flatulence,hemorrhage,bile duct injury,bile leakage in operation and abdominal distention,shortness of breath,nausea and vomiting post operation were evaluated.Results Compared with group,the incidence rate of the poor operative field,converted to laparotomy,flatulence,hemorrhage in operation and abdominal distention,shortness of breath,nausea and vomiting post operation were lower.Conclusion The postoperation gastrointestinal decompression can to prevent and reduce the incidence rate of complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
