中老年超重及肥胖人群对应力式振动治疗防治骨质疏松效果的比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨肥胖程度对应力式振动治疗防治骨质疏松效果的影响。方法纳入160例研究对象,年龄为50-70岁,按照体重指数分为超重组和肥胖组,各组均设治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用振动治疗仪给予频率(32±3)Hz,加速度0.5-2.94m/s^2的振动,10min/次,每周3次(隔日1次),共12周。观察第2-4腰椎骨密度、左侧股骨颈骨密度、左下肢肌肉分布系数、左下肢肌肉力量,左侧股骨颈抗骨折能力、体重指数、体脂百分比的变化。结果超重及肥胖治疗组股骨颈骨密度、下肢肌力、下肢抗骨折能力增加均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),超重组脂含量有降低(P〈0.05),而肥胖组脂含量没有明显变化(P〉0.05)。两个治疗组之间各项指标改善程度没有统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论应力式振动可有效防治下肢骨质疏松,不受肥胖程度的影响。 Objective To study the influence of obesity on the effects of Mechanical Vibration on the treatment of osteoporosis and effects on body composition.Methods 160 people aged fifty to seventy were chosen.According to BMI they were divided into overweight group and obesity group.Both groups have therapy group and control group prospectively and randomly.The therapy group were treated with Mechanical Vibration.The frequency and amplitude of the vibration were(32±3)Hz and 0.5~2.94m/s2.Each treatment took 10 minutes and thrice a week for ten weeks.The major observational index: The bone mineral density of 2~4 lumbar vertebrae and left femoral neck、muscle distributing coefficient and muscle strength of left lower limbs、bone strength of left femoral neck、 body mass index、body fat percent.Results The bone mineral density and bone strength of in left femoral neck、muscle strength of left lower limbs in the overweight and obesity therapy group were improved significantly(P〈0.05).body fat percent of overweight therapy group was decreased but not in the obesity therapy group.there was no significant difference between the two therapy groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion Mechanical Vibration is effective for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and no matter the BMI.
