管线钢的形变强化、包申格效应与钢管强度 被引量:21

摘要 基于管线钢的形变强化和包申格效应,分析了管线钢的强度水平、形变量、钢管成型方式和钢的显微组织对管线钢管强度的影响。结果表明:钢管强度是形变强化能力和包申格效应综合作用的结果;钢板强度水平可引起钢管强度变化;钢板屈强比较高时,因包申格效应大于形变强化效果,钢管屈服强度降低;随着钢管应变量的增加,钢管可获得高的强度;钢管成型后的扩径也有利于钢管强度的增加。 Based on deformation strengthening and Bauschinger effect of pipeline steel,the effects of strength level,deformation variable,forming mode and microstructure on strength of pipeline steel were analyzed.The results indicated that steel pipe strength is comprehensive effect due to deformation strengthening capacity and Bauschinger effect.Strength level of steel plate can lead to steel pipe strength variation.In case of yield ratio of steel plate is higher,yield strength of steel pipe will reduce because of Bauschinger effect is bigger than that of deformation strengthening.With pipe strain capacity increasing,high strength can be obtained for steel pipe.Steel pipe expansion after forming is good to increase steel pipe strength.
