摘要
通过溯源高技术集群企业技术能力的知识本质,分析集群网络集成、技术知识集成促进企业技术能力成长的机理。运用知识管理理论和组织学习理论,研究高技术集群企业技术学习过程,进而探讨集群企业技术能力持续成长的基本动力。
The paper analyzes the mechanism of cluster network integration and technology knowledge integration accelerating the development of enterprise technological capability by tracing the knowledge essence of high-tech industrial cluster firms, Moreover, this paper discusses the technology learning process of high-tech industrial cluster firms by applying knowledge management and organizational learning theory so as to discuss the basic power of continuously growing of cluster enterprise technology capability.
