摘要
本文在企业技术能力概念和产业集群特征基础上 ,给出了集群技术能力内涵 ,分析了集群技术能力的四个基本特征。本文的核心在于揭示集群技术能力增长的机理 ,提出了集群技术能力增长是动态过程和静态过程平行作用的结果 ,其中动态机理内在地反映在企业技术能力之间的拉动效应和挤压效应 ,静态机理反映在集群技术能力要素的持续积累。
Based on the concept of firm's technological capability and the characteristics of industrial cluster,this paper puts forward the intension of cluster's technological capability and analyses its four basic features.The focus of the paper is to explore the mechanism of enhancement of cluster's technological capability.It argues that the enhancement of cluster's technological capability results from both a dynamic process and a static process,the former is reflected by the pull and push effect between firm's technological capability,and the latter is reflected in the continuous accumulation of the factors of cluster's technological capability.At last,a case is studied to help understand the static accumulation process.
