摘要
我国企业采用先进技术、设备,推行ISO9000标准体系、服务承诺制等,是提高产品质量的必要条件,但仅仅依靠这些“硬”条件并不能保证产品质量一定过硬.因为“硬”条件需要人们的认同、运用才能发挥作用,而人们认同什么、采取什么行为是由其头脑中的准则决定的.也就是说人们的道德观念支配着人们对事物的判断及其所采取的行为.因此,企业在建设提高产品质量“硬”条件的同时,应将营造良好的质量道德作为提高产品质量的根本大事来抓.从如何营造企业对内的质量道德和企业对外的质量道德这两个方面下功夫.
For an enterprise, adopting advanced techniques and equipments, carrying out ISO9 000 standard system and service promise system are essential conditions for improving the quality of products. However, depending only on these “hard” conditions can not guarantee that the quality is really up to the market demand. Because these “hard” conditions work only after being approved and applied. But people determine what to approve and what action to adopt according to the code in their minds. That is to say, people’s judgements and actions are governed by their moral concepts. Therefore, while constructing “hard” conditions, an enterprise should also regard cultivating good quality morality as a major measure of foundamental importance to improve the quality of products. This paper discussed how to cultivate internal and external quality morality for an enterprise.
