摘要
在我国的教师培训中,存在着研究者和实践者之间相互抱怨、培训效果差的困境。课例研究是促进教师专业发展的一种有效途径。课例研究有效实施的保障,培训者要学会等待,要善于创造研究氛围,要加强参训教师理论学习,培训者应改变自身的教学习性。
Teacher training in China,Has between the researcher and the practitioner mutually complains,the training effect difference difficult position,Lesson Stud promotes the teacher career development one effective way.Lesson Stud effective implementation safeguard,train needs to learn to wait for that,must be good at creating the research atmosphere,must strengthen the senate to teach the teacher theoretical study,train should change own teaching habit.
