摘要
本文基于对数回归模型,根据我国1985-2008年的实际利用外资额和外资企业就业人数以及1997-2008年我国三次产业利用外资额和我国三次产业就业人数等数据,实证检验外商直接投资对我国就业贡献,分析不同阶段外商直接投资对我国就业数量及三次产业就业的影响,认为外商直接投资对我国的就业产生正向的且较为深远的影响,应合理引导资金流向,促进产业关联,扩大外商直接投资规模,增强外商直接投资对我国就业的影响。
Based on the regression model,using the data of China＇s actual use of foreign capital and foreign employment in 1985-2008 and the data of employment and foreign investment used in three industries in 1997-2008,this article testes foreign investment on employment contribution,analyzes the affect of foreign direct investment on employment number and employment of three industries in different stages,we conclude that the foreign direct investment create a more far-reaching positive impact on China＇s employment,so the government should guide capital flows legitimately,promote the industry association and expand foreign direct investment,thereby enhancing the influence of foreign direct investment on employment.
