Empirical Study on the Effects of FDI on Chinese Employment

摘要本文基于微观和宏观经济理论构建了外国直接投资与东道国就业的联立方程模型, 将外资对就业的直接效应和间接效应纳入到一个理论模型中予以综合分析,并以中国在1983—2002 年间的数据资料进行实证性的计量研究。结果显示,外国直接投资一方面通过直接效应带动中国就业;另一方面通过挤出国内投资和提高生产率水平产生了减少就业的间接效应。但综合两种效应的最终结果表明,外国直接投资对中国就业产生了显著的积极影响,外国直接投资每增加1个百分点, 带动实际就业增加0.008个百分点。
