摘要
从化学工业园用水现状和循环经济理念出发,探讨化学工业园区水资源循环利用的理论和技术。以"减量化、再利用、再循环(即3R)"为原则,利用企业污水预处理、污水厂集中处理、中水回用和梯级利用以及构建人工湿地生态工程实现园区污水零排放,形成一种可复制的水循环模式,同时以天津某化学工业园区为例,提出了高效水资源循环模式的具体途径和措施。
According to the status of water use in chemical industry park and the ideas of recycling economy, the theory and technolo- gy of water recycling in chemical industry park are explored in this paper. Under the principle of reduction, reuse and recycle, a rep- licable water recycle model is formed by using the technology of sewage pretreatment, sewage concentrated treatment, reclaimed wa- ter reuse, cascade water use and constructing wetland to achieve zero discharge of sewage. Taking a chemical industry park in Tianjin as an example, the specific ways and measures of water recycle model is proposed.
