摘要
我国水资源被大面积污染,造成我国总的水资源短缺。据统计,我国用水总量逐年大幅度增长,未来用水将面临着很严峻的考验。了解、掌握现有的污水处理理论和技术,关注新兴的污水处理理论和技术,并不断研究、改进污水治理方法,节约用水,高效用水,环保用水,对我国来说是十分重要的。而且,革新用水制度,实行用水价格市场化的用水制度和建立水权交易制度势在必行。
The distribution of water resource in China is not a equilibrium. Also, the people have not the idea of saving water, water wasted very large, and pollution happens everyday in everywhere. This leads to the fact of water shortage in our country. It is said that the annual amount is increasing greatly, and the water supplying in future is a problem. So, it is important for us to learn and acknowledge the existent sewage disposal technology, and pay attention to the htest intentions or discoveries. Building a system of water right trade and system of water price forming on market demanding are also important.
