摘要
讨论了直线逼近和圆弧逼近的特点,对渐开线的光滑圆弧逼近数据进行分析,通过对各种误差下的逼近数据比较,应用相似准则,将相关参数拟合成以允差为自变量的函数关系式。该方法使得渐开线的圆弧逼近具有直线逼近的速度和圆弧逼近的优点,避免了烦琐的优化程序设计和长时间运算。程序小,执行迅速,为渐开线的数控编程和CAD系统的图形显示提供了参考。
The paper discussed the feature of line and arc approaching,and analyzed the data of smooth arc approaching involute.Through the comparison of the data of arc approaching in various tolerances,and in the application of similarity criterion, the relevant parameters are fitted into the function relation taking tolerance as independent variable,which makes the the arc approaching involute combine the speed of line approaching and the advantage of arc approaching,avoiding tedious programming optimization and long time program execution.The program is small and executes promptly,providing references for NC programming of involute and graphic display of CAD system.
