摘要 以数控机床插补系统为研究对象,通过对二坐标逐点比较直线插补算法的深入分析,提出了数控机床基于逐点比较法的四坐标联动直线插补的一种算法.利用该方法可实现数控机床四坐标联动控制,并能直接采用软件编程方法来实现,可使插补误差小于一个脉冲当量.  Taking the interpolation system of numerically controlled machine tools as investigation object,an algorithm of linear interpolation of four with point-by-point method is presented for numerically controlled machine tools by means of deep analysis of the algorithm of linear interpolation of two coordinates with point-by-point procedure.By using this algorithm,coordirated control of four coordinates in numerically controlled machine tools can be realized and,in addition,software programming procedure can be directly used for the control, so that the interpolation error can be made less than one pulse equivalent.
