摘要
针对水泥生产中生料破碎工艺的自动化控制要求,采用西门子S7-400系列PLC作为网络化控制系统的底层控制设备,与其他工艺的生产环节中的PLC组成了完整的底层网络控制系统;网络上层工程师站采用Cemat软件对各个生产环节进行系统管理。通过Step7编程软件以及WinCC组态软件,对相关PLC控制系统进行软硬件组态,从而构成了以通信网络设计为基础的破碎工艺的组态回路。实际生产证明,该系统设计完全符合破碎工艺的控制要求,且具有生产效率高、性能稳定和结构简单合理等特点。
In order to accomplish an automatic control in raw material crushing for cement production,the SIMENS S7-400 PLC was used as a basic control unit in a control network system,which consisted of several PLC units for the whole basic control system in a cement procedure.An upper control center,engineering station,managed all the PLC units by the Cemat software.The Step7 and WinCC configuration software were introduced to configure the software and hardware construction of the whole PLC units,which formed a design of the PLC control system based on a communication network.In fact,it was shown that the design of the PLC control network system could fulfill the requirements in crushing of raw material.The control system was of high productivity,reliability,and simple configuration.
