摘要
针对催化裂化柴油颜色变深及安定性变差的原因,以中国石油庆阳石化公司催化裂化柴油为基础油,试验了柴油保色剂对柴油色度、沉渣方面的影响,并进行了工业应用,取得了较好的效果。加注新型保色剂延长了柴油在储罐中的存贮时间,提高了氧化安定性,降低了损耗。
To find solution to the problem of deterioration of FCC diesel color and stability, the impact of color stabilizer on diesel color and residue deposition was tested with FCC diesel as base oil and the color stabilizer was applied in commercial unit operation. Good results have been achieved. The addition of new type color stabilizer has extended the storage time of diesel in tanks, improved diesel＇s oxidization stability and reduced the energy consumption.
