Synthesis and application of a novel diesel fuel pour-point depressant

摘要 介绍了三元共聚物(丙烯酸酯、马来酸酐和乙酸乙烯酯)醇解型柴油降凝剂的制备和表征。合成过程分为3步:首先在n(十六醇)/n(丙烯酸)为1.0∶1.6,对苯二酚为0.6%(质量分数,下同),对甲苯磺酸为1.5%的条件下,合成丙烯酸十六醇酯;然后以甲苯为溶剂,n(马来酸酐)/n(乙酸乙烯酯)/n(丙烯酸十六醇酯)为1∶4∶4,过氧化苯甲酰为1.2%,恒温85℃,聚合7 h,得三元共聚物;最后以对甲苯磺酸为1.5%,用十六醇醇解三元共聚物,得醇解三元共聚物型柴油降凝剂。应用结果表明,当该新型柴油降凝剂的添加量为0.5%时,可使0#柴油的凝点和冷滤点分别降低14~16℃,6~9℃,可使-10#柴油的凝点和冷滤点分别降低19~21℃,11℃。其降凝助滤效果优于T-1804降凝剂的。 The Preparation and characterization of the terpolymer(acrylic ester,maleic anhydride and vinyl acetate) as an alcoholysis diesel fuels pour-point depressant were introduced.The synthesis process was divided into 3 steps.First,the cetyl acrylate was synthesized with n(cetyl alcohol)/n(acrylic acid) 1.0∶1.6,hydroquinone 0.6%(mass fraction) and p-methyl benzene sulfonic acid 1.5%;then,the terpolymer was produced under the condition of toluene as solvent,n(maleic anhydride)/n(vinyl acetate)/n(cetyl acrylate) 1∶4∶4 and benzoyl peroxide 1.2%,polymerizing 7h at constant temperature of 85℃;finally,the alcoholysis terpolymer diesel fuels pour-point depressant was prepared by alcoholysis of the terpolymer with cetyl alcohol and p-methyl benzene sulfonic acid 1.5%.The application results showed that when the amount of novel diesel fuels pour-point depressant was 0.5%,the condensation point and cold filter plugging point of 0# diesel oil reduced 14~16℃ and 6~9℃,and that of-10# diesel oil decreased 19~21℃ and 11℃ respectively.The effect of novel depressant was better than that of T-1804 on lowering the condensation point and the cold filter plugging point.
