摘要
伴随着高校招生规模的扩大,出现了大学生就业难的问题。为此,高校开设了就业指导课,以提高大学生的就业能力。由于就业指导课起步较晚,有许多问题亟待解决。文章在探讨就业指导课存在的问题的基础上,提出了相应的解决策略。
The expansion of enrollment in universities has given rise to the problem of employment difficulties on the part of university graduates. To counter this challenge, universities begin to set up courses relating to employment counseling or guidance to enhance students’ capabilities in seeking employment. Due to the late start of such courses in universities, there are a lot of problems needing to be solved. Based on the discussion on the problems that the courses of employment guidance in universities are currently faced with, the paper also proposes relevant countermeasures in that regard.
