摘要
把解决大学生就业问题与解决思想问题相结合,是创新思想政治教育的有效举措。从科学发展观角度阐明大学生就业指导的意义,提出树立生涯辅导观、创业指导观、做人优先指导观和心理辅导并重指导观等就业指导理念,并探讨加强和改进大学生就业指导的相关举措。
It is an effective measure for the innovation of ideological and political education to solve college students＇ employment and ideological problems together. This paper illustrates the significance of vocational counseling as well as measures to strengthen and improve it from the perspective of scientific development. Meanwhile it proposes that college students should pay equal attention to establishing the views of career guidance, of starting an undertaking, and of giving priority to personality and psychological counseling.
