摘要
先导间隔时间ts是描述SF6气体间隙放电发展过程的重要参数。通过不同波头冲击电压下ts的测量,拟合出与Niemeyer等人不同的新定量关系式,并以分子扩散理论和流注向先导转变的前驱机理为基础对所得关系式进行了理论推导。
