摘要
在负极性电场电晕放电过程中,当SF6气体进入到传感器内,捕获电场中的慢速电子生成负离子。SF6气体负离子与载气正离子复合成中性化合物,被载气带出传感器外,而使原有的基流减少。该基流的减少量与被测气体的体积分数成一定的比例关系。将变化的基流转为体积分数指示信号输出,从而达到检测SF6气体体积分数的要求。在待测气体中SF6含量不大于1 200×10-6范围内,传感器分辨力以体积分数计不大于0.1×10-6,灵敏度不低于1.0μA/10-6。
During electronegative electric field corona discharge, when SF6 gas goes into sensor, it changes into negative ion by capturing slow electron. The negative ion is compounded into neutral compound by positive ion in air. The output current is reduce because it is taken out of sensor. The decrement of current is proportion to the volume fraction of detected SF6 gas, which satisfied requirement of detecting the volume fraction of SF6 gas through converting variable current into the volume fraction of detected SF6 gas: When the detected SF6 gas is within 1200 ppm,the resolution of sensor is not more than 0.1 ppm,its sensitivity is not less than 1.0 μA/ppm.
