摘要
当前我国农民由于受到教育科学文化水平的限制,整体素质不高,从而制约着新农村建设的发展。农民是建设社会主义新农村的主体,在新农村建设中要采取措施,加大"大学生村官"引入力度、全面落实农村义务教育和加强农民职业教育,积极培育有文化、懂技术、会经营的知识型农民。
Due to the limitation of educational,scientific and cultural level,the overall quality of the farmers in our country is not high,which has restricted the development of new rural communities construction.The farmers are the main body in the construction of new socialist countryside.It is necessary to take measures to cultivate knowledge-based farmers with enough literate,skills and management ability in the new rural communities construction including the introduction of university student village,implementation of rural compulsory education and vocational education of farmers.
