摘要 以电视制导武器跟踪系统核心部件CCD导引头为研究对象,介绍了CCD的基本组成及工作原理。使用脉冲激光对KA-320型面阵CCD进行了辐照实验,研究了脉冲宽度、峰值功率、重复频率对CCD饱和阈值的影响。使用Matlab中的Simulink工具对整个实验过程进行了仿真分析,从仿真结果归纳出脉冲激光对CCD探测器的干扰共性。最后得出结论:选用脉冲宽度小、峰值功率高、脉冲频率大的激光器更能使CCD导引头达到饱和,从而对制导武器实施有效干扰。 The CCD seeker is the key part of the tracking system for TV guided weapons.The basic composition and working principle of CCD are introduced.Jamming experiments of KA-320 CCD were made under irradiation of pulse laser.The effects of pulse width,peak power and repetition rate of the laser on CCD detector's saturation threshold were studied.Simulation was carried out by using Simulink of Matlab,and the feature of pulse laser's jamming to CCD detector was concluded from the simulation results.The conclusion was obtained that selecting a laser with narrow pulse width,high peak power and large pulse frequency will saturate CCD more easily,and thus can make effective jamming to guided weapons.
