摘要
高校内部盗窃案屡有发生,大学生盗窃具有较高的智能性和反侦查性,给侦破设置了重重障碍。对嫌疑大学生进行的讯问是一个完整的言语交际过程,与公安司法机关对犯罪嫌疑人进行的讯问有显著不同。讯问人可以巧用适宜的言语策略对嫌疑人进行审讯,以"挽救和教育"为宗旨,对嫌疑人倾注同情心,以柔克刚,进行道德感化和正义感召,能从根本上唤醒作案人的道德良知而对作案事实供认不讳。
Colleges and universities internal theft occurs quite frequently, student theft with high intelligence and counter detection creates obstacles to the investigation. The investigation to the suspect students is more of a complete verbal communication process than judiciary interrogation. Investigator may use the appropriate language and strategy to the suspects in order to "rescue and education" for the purpose of suspects pour into the sympathy, dealt with gently, moral and justice, fundamentally awaken the moral conscience of the perpetrators to declare a confession truthfully.
