摘要
水是生命之源,水利是农业的动脉,是国民经济的基础产业。通过对荣成市小型农田水利工程的调查,指出现有农田水利工程建设在设计、施工、管理和产权等方面存在的问题,并提出了相应对策,为今后荣成市的水利工程建设提供有益的参考。
Water is the source of life,the lifeline of agriculture,and basic industry of national economy.Based on a survey of small water conservancy projects in Rongcheng City,problems in irrigation planning,construction and management were pointed out.Then countermeasures were put forward,so as to provide a useful reference for the future water pojects of Rongcheng City.
