摘要
目的:探讨转移因子联合维A酸乳膏治疗扁平疣的临床效果。方法:将在我院治疗的扁平疣患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗措施,观察组给予转移因子联合维A酸乳膏治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为92.50%,对照组为75.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均获得随访,随访率为100%,治疗组复发率为5.00%,对照组复发率为20.00%,两组复发率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论:转移因子联合维A酸乳膏治疗扁平疣疗效显著,不良反应少,值得应用。
Objective：To investigate the effective of transfer factor combined with Tretinoin Ointment in the treatment of verruca plana.Methods：80 cases with verruca plana were divided into the boservation group and the control group.The control group received the treatment of normal therapeutic measure,and the boservation group received the treatment of transfer factor combined with Tretinoin Ointment.Results：The total effective rate was 92.50% in the boservation group and 75.00% in the control group,there was significant difference（P0.05）.All of patients were followed-up and the follow-up rate was 100%.The recurrence rate was 5.00% in the boservation group and 20.00% in the control group,there was significant difference（P0.05）.The two groups had no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion：Transfer factor combined with Tretinoin Ointment in the treatment of verruca plana has significant effect and less adverse reaction,it should be applied.
