摘要
本文对迈克尔孙干涉仪等倾干涉时的两条光路进行了深刻的剖析,在光线以任意角度入射的情况下,用光路镜像法和直接计算法得到了两光路的光程差公式。
This paper studied the two optical paths of Michelson interferometer in equal inclination interference, and got the formula of optical path difference using the method of mirror in light path and direct calculation method while the light came in any incident angle.
