摘要
针对连续重整工艺反应压力低,使重整产氢的纯度相对较低,并夹带有较多轻烃的问题,对再接触流程的温度和压力及它们对重整产氢纯度和轻烃回收的影响进行了定量分析,认为提高压力与降低温度都可以提高氢纯度和回收轻烃,可根据装置具体情况确定再接触的温度和压力。
Aiming at the relative low hydrogen purity and light hydrocarbon entrainment in low pressure continuous reforming, the effect of recontacting temperature and pressure on hydrogen purity and light hydrocarbon recovery was quantitatively analyzed. Hydrogen purity and light hydrocarbon recovery can be increased by raising the pressure and lowering the temperature of the contactor. The appropriate temperature and pressure should be selected in accordance with the conditions of the existing unit for obtaining higher enonomic effect.
