摘要
［ 目的］ 寻找能克服钙干扰的经济、准确的镁测定方法．［ 方法］ 用二乙醇双（β氨基乙基醚）四乙酸掩蔽钙离子后，以甲基百里香酚蓝法测定镁．［ 结果］ 平均回收率为１０１－３ ％ ，变异系数为１－５２ ％ （ｎ＝ ５） ．［ 结论］ 甲基百里香酚蓝法简便。
OBJECTIVE To search an economical and accurate method to determine magnesium that can overcome the impede of calcium.METHOD To determine magnesium by use of methylthymol blue after concealing calcium using etylene glyco bis(β amino ethylether) N,N,N′,N′ tetra acetic acid.RESULT The average recovery is 101 3%,and the coefficient of variation was 1.52% (n=5).CONCLUSION The method is simple and reproducible.
