左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统对子宫腺肌病痛经的疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)对子宫腺肌病痛经的临床疗效。方法 9例重度疼痛的痛经患者,均在月经第4～7天内放置LNG-IUS,定期随访并进行疼痛评分及副反应观察。结果放置LNG-IUS前后疼痛评分随放置时间延长呈下降趋势,在12个月达最低点。副作用主要为不规则阴道出血。结论 LNG-IUS可提供长期治疗又不影响体内雌激素水平,是治疗子宫腺肌病痛经的有效手段之一。
