地尔硫(艹卓)治疗心律失常150例副反应观察 被引量：1

摘要 1988年6月～1991年6月,我们应用地尔硫(?)(硫氮(?)酮diltiazem)对150例资料完整的心律失常患者进行了治疗,并对其产生的副反应进行了前瞻性观察。1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料 150例中,男113例,女37例,年龄在36～74岁,平均为58岁。病因:冠心病(心肌梗塞16例)94例,脑血管病(脑出血、脑血栓)18例,高血压心脏病5例,心肌炎10例,风心病2例,肺心病2例,甲亢1例,原因不明者18例。心律失常类型:频发性房性早搏22例,阵发性室上性心动过速16例。
