摘要
目的研究子宫平滑肌瘤患者正常子宫平滑肌及子宫肌瘤平滑肌中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)蛋白的表达,探讨子宫平滑肌瘤可能的发病机制。方法取38例子宫肌瘤患者的肌瘤组织和该肌瘤邻近的正常平滑肌组织,分别命名为正常子宫平滑肌组和子宫肌瘤平滑肌组。免疫组化SP法检测两组平滑肌中MMP-9蛋白的表达。结果 MMP-9蛋白在正常子宫平滑肌及子宫肌瘤平滑肌中均有表达,且子宫肌瘤平滑肌(0.245±0.048OD值)中的表达水平显著性高于正常子宫平滑肌(0.123±0.019OD值)(P<0.01)。结论 MMP-9蛋白在子宫平滑肌瘤的表达增加,可能参与子宫平滑肌瘤的发病机制。
OBJECTIVE To Investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9)in normal smooth muscle and muscular tumor smooth muscle of uterine leiomyoma patients, and to explore the possible pathogenesis of uterine leiomyoma. METHODS Muscular tumor tissue and it' s corresponding normal smooth muscle tissue were obtained from 38 specimens of uterine leiomyoma patients, named normal uterine smooth muscle group and uterine leiomyoma smooth muscle group, immunohistochemistry SP method was employed to detect the expression of MMP-9 protein in two groups. RESULTS MMP-9 protein were expressed in either normal uterine smooth muscle or uterine leiomyoma smooth muscle. There were significantly higher expression of MMP-9 protein in uterine leiomyorna smooth muscle(0.245 ± 0.048 optical density)then that in normal uterine smooth muscle(0. 245 ± 0. 048 optical density) ( P 〈 0.01 ) . CONCLUSION The expression of MMP-9 protein is increased in uterine leiomyoma, it may be associated with pathogenesis of uterine leiomyoma.
