摘要
针对郑州市商品住宅价格问题进行了研究,在传统GM(1,1)模型的基础上引入BP神经网络模型,建立了灰色BP神经网络组合模型,采用传统GM(1,1)模型与灰色BP神经网络组合模型预测郑州市商品住宅价格.结果表明,灰色BP神经网络组合模型比传统GM(1,1)模型预测精度高,具有更好的应用价值.
In aview of the price problem of commercial housing in Zhengzhou,based on the traditional GM(1,1) model,BP neural network model,a grey BP neural network combined model is established.The paper forecasts the price of Zhengzhou commercial housing using traditional GM(1,1) model and grey BP neural network combined model,then the results show that the forcasting accuracy of the latter is higher than that of the former.Therefore,the combined model has a better application value.
