摘要
区域物流成本的测量与分析是考察一个地区物流水平的关键问题,合理地计算和预测物流成本可以使各级政府对物流发展采取有效的宏观调控措施。本文提出了适合中国地区的物流成本的较合理的测算方法,以吉林省为例进行了实证分析,并采用改进的灰色BP神经网络模型对吉林省的物流成本进行预测,取得了满意的预测结果。研究表明控制物流成本仍然是振兴区域经济,提高经济效益的源泉。
It is crucial to measure and analyze the regional logistics cost in regional logistics survey.Reasonable calculation and forecasting for logistics cost can help government of different levels adopt the effective macroscopic measures for logistics development.This paper has put forward comparatively reasonable method,which suits Chinese situation,taking Jilin Province as an example to analyze;and has got satisfactory forecast result with the improved grey BP neural network model through the forecasts of logistics cost in Jilin Province.Researches show that the control of logistics cost is important for regional economic development and economic efficiency.
