摘要
运用高效液相色谱法,研究了静脉注射时,螨胺磷在大鼠体内的代谢动力学特征、组织分布及排泄途径,并初步分离了胆汁中的代谢产物。结果显示:螨胺磷在体内全身分布,并有周室富集,消除较快,在10mg/kg静脉注射呈二室模型,t1/2α为3.40min,t1/2β为59.03min,全身清除率Cl(s)0.018ml·min-1;螨胺磷主要分布于血流量大的器官及脂肪组织;螨胺磷在体内不稳定,能被肝脏代谢转化成极性更高的化合物后经由胆汁排出,该成分可在同样的色谱条件下被分离,峰保留时间4.25min;
The activities of catalase(CAT),glutathione
peroxidase(GSH PX),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and protein contents in renal homogenates of
rats exposed to TNT and treated with clofibrate were observed at present study.The results
indicated the increases of CAT and GSH PX activities,and the dec eases of protein contents in
renal homogenates of TNT exposed group and clofibrate treated group were significantly in
comparetion with those of the control( P <0 05).It indicated that both TNT and clofibrate could
induce the production of H 2O 2 in renal tissues.It seems that TNT may induce kidney
peroxisome proliferation. \ \
