柑桔体细胞杂种的叶片结构特征 被引量:7

摘要 以4个组合的柑桔体细胞杂种及对应亲本为试材,比较了体细胞杂种与亲本在单叶面积大小、叶片表皮气孔特征及叶片横截面结构方面的差异。结果表明,4个组合的柑桔体细胞杂种,仅粗柠檬+哈姆林甜橙(HR)叶片面积大于双亲,FV、CV、KV叶片面积均介于双亲之间。4个组合的柑桔体细胞杂种单位叶面积内气孔数(个/mm2)较亲本少,但气孔长度和横径较亲本增大;叶片横截面结构中,就单一组织层的厚度而言,体细胞杂种较双亲或亲本之一有不同程度的增大,但组织层厚度相对比值却无一较亲本有显著增大现象,或介于双亲之间,或与亲本差异不明显。 S\ Using four combinations of citrus somatic hybrids and their corresponding parents as experimental materials, the differences of area per leaf, leaf stoma characteristics and the cross section structure between them were comparatively studied, the results were as follows. Among the four combinations, area per leaf of HR ( C. sinensis cv. Valencia+ C. jambhiri ) was bigger than that of its parents. Numbers of their stoma for all combinations were smaller than that of their parents, but stora size was larger. In terms of the thickness of single tissue, the somatic hybrids were thicker than both of their parents or either of them, but the relative ratio of tissue thickness for the hybrids showed no significant increase. They were seldom thicker than both of their parents, or they showed no significant difference from their parents.
