摘要
目的观察威草胶囊治疗高血脂症的疗效。方法将120例高血脂症患者随机分为2组,治疗组给予威草胶囊口服,对照组给予血脂康胶囊口服,2组均治疗8周。检测治疗前及治疗8周后患者血脂(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、ApoAⅠ、ApoB和Lp(a))及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化。结果治疗后2组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lp(a)和hs-CRP水平均降低,HDL-C水平升高,但治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论威草胶囊能够调整高血脂症患者的血脂紊乱,并能降低hs-CRP,可用于治疗高血脂症及防治动脉粥样硬化。
Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Weicao capsule on hyperlipidemia.Methods 120 patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups.The treatment group was given Weicao capsule by oral use,and the control was given Xiezhikang capsule by oral use.Both the treatment courses were eight weeks.Serum lipid（TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,ApoAⅠ,ApoB and Lp（a）） and hs-CRP were measured before treatment and in 8 weeks after treatment.Results The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C.ApoB,LP（a） and hs-CRP were decreased,and the level of HDL-C was increased in both groups after treatment.The effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group.ConclusionWeicao capsule can regulate the disorder of blood lipids metabolism and decrease the level of hs-CRP in patients with hyperlipidemia,so it can be used to treat hyperlipidemia and prevent occurrence of atherosclerosis.
