BAF Combined Process for Treatment of Chemical Wastewater from Harbor Warehouse Enterprise

摘要 港口码头仓储企业化学品废水中有机物种类繁多,有一定的毒性且污染物浓度较高,水质、水量波动性较大。采用生物流化床/厌氧沉淀池/臭氧上流式曝气生物滤池/下流式曝气生物滤池组合工艺进行处理,当进水COD为1000mg/L左右时,出水COD<50mg/L,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准,可作为生活杂用水。实践证明,该工艺运行稳定可靠,污泥产量少,可操作性强,具有良好的经济效益与环境效益。 Chemical wastewater from harbor warehouse enterprises contains a variety of organic compounds, and it has some toxicity, high concentration of pollutants and large fluctuation in quality and quantity. The combined process of biological fluidized bed, anaerobic settling tank, ozone up-flow biological aerated filter and clown-flow biological aerated filter was used to treat this wastewater. When the influent COD is about 1 000 mg/L, the effluent COD is less than 50 mg/L, reaching the first level criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996). The effluent can be reused as domestic miscellaneous water. The practical operation shows that the combined process is stable and reliable in operation, low in sludge production and strong in operability. It has great economic and environmental benefits.
