摘要
采用A2/O与BAF组合工艺处理焦化废水,分别考察了厌氧段、缺氧段和BAF段的处理效果。结果表明,厌氧段对COD的去除率为16.7%;缺氧段对COD、氨氮、TN的去除率分别为27.0%、32.2%、46.5%;BAF的处理效果较稳定,对COD、氨氮、TN的去除率分别为72.4%、89.7%、18.9%,反应器内存在同步硝化反硝化作用。系统最终出水COD、氨氮和TN平均值分别为153.7、7.7、65.2 mg/L,氨氮值达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。
The combined process of A2/O and BAF was used to treat coking wastewater, and the treatment efficiencies in anaerobic stage, anoxic stage and BAF were investigated respectively. The results show that the removal rate of COD is 16.7% in the anaerobic stage, the removal rates of COD, ammonia nitrogen and TN are 27.0%, 32.2% and 46.5% respectively in the anoxic stage, the removal rates of COD, ammonia nitrogen and TN are 72.4% , 89.7% and 18.9% respectively in the BAF with stable treatment efficiency. The simultaneous nitrification and denitrification exist in BAF reactor. The final effluent concentration of COD, ammonia nitrogen and TN are 153.7 mg/L, 7.7 mg/L and 65.2 mg/L respectively, and the concentration of ammonia nitrogen meets the first class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996).
