摘要
目的:建立六神丸(蟾酥,雄黄,麝香等)中总砷的测定方法,研究六神丸在人工肠液中可溶性砷含量。方法:采用原子荧光光谱法。结果:六神丸在人工肠液中的可溶性砷仅占总砷含量的10.5%左右,在短时间内达到溶出平衡,而且人工肠液中的胰蛋白酶对砷的溶出有促进作用。结论:原子荧光光谱法测定六神丸中总砷的方法操作简便,定量准确。
AIM: To establish a method of determining the content of total arsenic in Liushen Pill(Bufonis venenum,Realgar,moschus),and to research the content of soluble arsenic of Liushen Pill in artificial intestinal juice. METHODS: Atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS) was used in this paper. RESULTS: The content of soluble arsenic of Liushen Pill in artifical intestinal juice was only 10. 5% of the total arsenic,and could reach a dissolvable balance in a short time. And the trypsinase in artificial intestinal juice had a promoting effect on the dissolution of arsenic. CONCLUSION: This determination method of total arsenic of Liushen Pill by AFS is simple and has a good quantification result.
