摘要
目的：通过对非超重和超重肥胖的正常人、糖尿病血缘亲属、ＩＧＴ及２型糖尿病人空腹的胰岛素（Ⅰ）、Ｃ肽（Ｃ）和前胰岛素（ＰＩ）测定，以了解２型糖尿病人的基础β细胞功能改变。方法：利用ＲＩＡ。结果：各超重肥胖组（Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅷ）的Ｉ、Ｃ和ＰＩ水平均高于相应非超重组（Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ）（Ｐ＜０．０５）。无论超重肥胖抑非超重组，即正常人→糖尿病亲属→ＩＧＴ→糖尿病组的ＰＩ水平有逐渐上升趋势（Ｐ＜０．０１）。糖尿病两组（Ⅶ、Ⅷ）的Ｉ和Ｃ无继续上升，而ＰＩ仍继续上升（Ｐ＜０．０１）。糖尿病两组的ＰＩ／Ｉ（％）比值高于正常人（Ⅰ、Ⅱ）组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：超重肥胖对胰岛β细胞功能确有影响，胰岛β细胞功能改变在ＩＧＴ阶段已非常明显，在糖尿病阶级更加突出，并出现“不成比例”的ＰＩ升高现象。

Conclustion: Ow/Obhaveeffecttothefunctionofisletcells.ThechangeofcellfunctionexistsobviouslyinIGTsandmorestrikingindiabetes.PIisdisproportionatelyelevatedinsubjectswithType2diabetes.
