摘要
研究了3种消泡剂对BAA中温α-淀粉酶发酵、提取的影响以及发酵用消泡剂的筛选方法。结果表明,在BAA中温α-淀粉酶生产过程中,用进口消泡剂替代国产消泡剂,效果最好,既能实现生产稳定,提高产量,也能有效防止超滤膜膜污垢的产生,延长超滤膜寿命。
The effects of the three antifoams agent on BAA medium temperature α-amylase fermentation,extraction and fermenting defoaming agent screening methods were studied.The results showed that in the BAA medium temperature α-amylase production process,alternative imported defoaming agent was chosen instead of homemade defoaming agent which had good production stability,increased production,effectively prevented membrane fouling,extended ultrafiltration membranes life.
