摘要
用长链脂肪酸——硬脂酸对工业品聚醚L61进行酯化封端处理制备了消泡剂,并经正交实验优化了制备工艺。产品在酸性介质中的消泡率为95.56%,抑泡率为95.49%。
In this article,the improved polyether defoaming agent based on L61 was synthesized by the es terification between L61 and long chain fatty acid. The preparation conditions were optimized by orthogonal ex periments,and the product had a defoming rate of 95.56% and a foam depressing rate of 95.49% in acid medi um.
