摘要
目的：矫治眼球摘除或眼内容剜出术后眼窝凹陷畸形。方法：对２０例眼球摘除术后的眼窝畸形患者，用国产羟基磷灰石加工成多孔网状结构的填充球植于眼窝内，将眼外肌联扎在填充球上制成可转动义眼座连体。结果：患者配戴薄型义眼后外形满意、活动自如、安全有效。结论：国产羟基磷灰石义眼座是目前矫治眼窝畸形理想的眶内植入物。
bjective: The purpose of this study was to correct the socket of anophthalmos after
enucleation or evisceration. Method: The porours sphere made of domestic hydroxyapatite,as a
mobile integrated orbital implant was applied to 20 patients with anophthalmia after enucleation
or evisceration. Result: The prosthetic mobility and the cosmetic appearance are excellent.
Conclusion: A is a safest and most effective material of orbital implant for correction of
anophthalmos after enucleation or evisceration.
