摘要
目的：初步探讨解脲脲原体（Ｕｕ）血清型与不育症的关系。方法：用代谢抑制试验（ＭＩＴ）法对１０９株由不育症妇女和１１７株由健康妇女分离到的Ｕｕ进行血清分型。结果：⑴３型和未定型Ｕｕ与不育症有关，而其余１３个血清型Ｕｕ未见与不育症有明显联系。⑵不育症妇女和健康妇女的Ｕｕ优势血清型分别为３型和４型。
bjective: The aim of this study was to
understand
the relationship between the serotypes of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and infertility.
Method: 109 strains of Uu isolated from infertile women and 117 strains of Uu isolated from
healthy women were determined for their serotypes by metabolic inhibition test (MIT). Results:
(1) Serotype 3 and untypeable strains of Uu were strongly related to infertility, whereas the
other serotypes of Uu did not related to infertility. (2) The prevalent serotype of Uu in infertile
women and in healthy women was serotype 3 and serotype 4, respectively. Conclusion:
Serotype 3 and untypeable strains of Uu were related to infertility.
