摘要
目的研究柴胡皂苷d对解脲脲原体耐药株与敏感株的活性。方法采用微量稀释法,测定柴胡皂苷d单体以及四环素等对Uu的最低抑制浓度,收集来自临床的50个Uu菌株,并且粗筛对四环素耐药(MIC>4μg/ml)的Uu,按上述微量稀释法,测出柴胡皂苷d单体的MIC。结果50株Uu对3种抗生素的都敏感者18例(36%),对3种抗菌互有耐药性者为8例(16%)。Uu在柴胡皂苷d浓度为2μg/ml时,都不敏感,浓度为4μg/ml时,敏感率为22%,浓度为8μg/ml时,敏感率为84%,在浓度为16μg/ml时,全部敏感。结论柴胡皂苷d对Uu耐药与非耐药株的生长抑制作用都很明显。
Objective To study the activity of Saikosaponin-d against persistent and sensitive strains of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) in vitro. Methods To determine the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of monomer Saikosaponin-d and tetracycline、 erythromycin、 ciprofloxacin against persistent and sensitive strains of Uu in vitro by microdilution method. Fifty clinical strains were collected and the strains that resisted to tetracycline ( MIC 〉 4 μg/ml) were screened out. The minimum inhibitory concentrations of monomer Saikosaponin-d were obtained by methods above-mentioned. Results In the 50 strains, there were 18 (36%) sensitive strains to three antibiotics and 8 (8%) persistent to three antibiotics mutually. All strains were insensitive to Saikosaponin-d when its concentration was 2 μg/ml or below. When the concentrations were 4 μg/ml and 8 μg/ml, the sensitivity rate was 22% and 84% respectively. When the concentration was 16 μg/ ml, all strains were sensitive. Conclusion Saikosaponin-d has a great growth inhibiting action against persistent and sensitive strains of Uu in vitro.
