摘要
目的探讨经皮椎体成形术（PVP）治疗老年人胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的手术策略。方法 11例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者的11个椎体在数字减影血管造影（DSA）透视下经皮椎体穿刺并注入骨水泥成形,术后腰痛缓解程度根据VAS评分进行评估。结果所有患者术后均未发生感染、脊髓压迫和肺栓塞等并发症,术后8小时内腰痛得到不同程度缓解;术后随访12~18个月,VAS评分降至0~2.0分。结论只要有充分的术前准备和良好的技术,PVP治疗老年人骨质疏松性胸腰椎爆裂性骨折安全可行,止痛效果良好,能有效稳定伤椎,明显改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the results of percutaneous vertebroplasty（PVP） in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture for the old.Methods Eleven vertebral bodies of 11 patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture underwent percutaneous vertebra puncture and injection of bone cement under fluoroscopy of digital subtraction angiograph（DSA）.Postoperative pain relief of the patients was evaluated according to VAS scores.Results None of the 11 patients had infection,spinal compression and pulmonary embolism.Pain was alleviated in varying degree 8 hours after anesthetic disappeared.Patients were followed up for 12 to 18 months.The score of VAS decreased to 0~2.0 points.Conclusion PVP provides satisfactory results for thoracolumbar burst fracture,which has good effect of pain and significantly improves patient＇s life quality.
