摘要
通过建立专家知识库及推理机制,探索采用专家系统对旋转机械进行故障诊断,以实现旋转机械故障监测的智能化、自动化,提高设备运行的安全性和效率。旋转机械约有70%的故障是由转子不平衡引起的,因此机械不平衡的检测及分析对于保证设备安全运行极为重要。专家系统主要由知识库、推理机、数据库和人机交互界面组成,数据库用到虚拟仪器LABVIEW,在虚拟仪器开发环境下利用LabSQL访问Access数据库技术。建立树形规则库流程图,形象地展现出规则的访问过程。
Studied the expert system of fault diagnosis rotating machinery by the expert knowledge and reasoning mechanism. The expert system is useful for the intelligence and automation of fault monitoring and the safe and efficient work of rotating machinery. About 70 percent of the failure of rotating machine is caused by rotor imbalance, therefore, it is extremely important to detect and analysis mechanical imbalance, ensuring the safe work of equipment. Expert system composed of knowledge base, inference engine, database and interactive interface, using SQL to access database in the virtual instrument development environment of LABVIEW. Tree rule base diagram was established, showing the image of the rules during the visit.
