粉煤灰与聚合物水泥防水涂料对混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 研究了不同掺量下单掺粉煤灰、表面刷涂聚合物水泥防水涂料以及两者共同作用对混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能的影响,并分析了粉煤灰改善混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的机理。结果表明,掺粉煤灰和刷涂聚合物水泥防水涂料均可显著地提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透能力;粉煤灰的改善效果随着掺量的增大而增加;粉煤灰与聚合物水泥防水涂料结合使用改善效果更优;粉煤灰的火山灰效应、填充效应以及对氯离子的初始固化能力是改善混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的3个重要因素。 The influence of single-added fly ash with different amount, polymer cement waterproofing coating and cooperation on concrete's ability to resist chloride ion erosion is studied and the action mechanism of fly ash on concrete's ability to resist chloride ion penetration is analyzed. The result shows:concrete's ability to resist chloride ion penetration can be largely improved by fly ash or polymer cement waterproofing coating, the effect increased along with increased fly ash amount,the improving effect of cooperation of fly ash and polymer cement waterproofing coating is best, the pozzolanic effects, packing role and original capabil- ity of binding the chloride ion of fly ash are mainly responsible for the improvement of concrete's ability to resist chloride ions penetration.
