摘要
PLC配合各种模拟量输入输出模块可以对温度、压力、流量等参数进行控制。模拟量输入模块的偏置值和增益值校准调整是一项既繁琐又必不可少的工作,是正确使用模拟量输入输出模块、实施模拟量控制的重要前提。硬件校准除需要高精度的测量仪器外,还需要有稳定的输入信号源。利用模拟量输出模块的稳定输出特性,将其作为输入信号源,配合PLC程序编制对需要硬件校准的模拟量输入模块进行偏置值和增益值校准,效果很好,在教学培训及企业实际中得到推广应用。
PLC can control parameters such as temperature,pressure,flux,etc.by various I/O modules.The offest and gain calibration of the analog input module are both misscellaneous and essential work.It is an important prerequisite to use I/O modules correctly and carry out analog control.The hardware calibration also needs stabilized input signal source besides high-accuracy measuring device.The stable output characteristic of the analog output module is used as the input signal source to coordinate PLC program composition to calibration to the analog input module offest and gain value calibration to the hardware calibration.Its effect is fine and can be applied to teaching train and enterprises.
